Job description, responsibilities and duties

- maintenance and updating of internal databases
- participation in executive search process, research on phone
- internet and media monitoring, market research
- participation in event management
- basic accounting functions, communication with accountant, invoicing
- various administrative tasks related to everyday office operations (printing, scanning, faxing, outgoing post etc.)

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

IBM Lotus Notes - Basic
Internet(e-mail, www) - Expert

Personality requirements and skills

- fluency in the Slovak and English languages, other language as an advantage
- open personality with excellent communication skills
- pro-active, result-oriented person with a high level of reliability
- time flexibility, willingness to work during summer holidays
- sufficient PC skills (MS Office as an necessity, Lotus Notes as an advantage)
- previous experience in administration, executive search, telemarketing as an advantage
- status of university student as an advantage
