PayPal currently seeks a talented and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join our CEE market team based in Warsaw. Central and Eastern Europe consists of 23 countries, over 100M internet users, and is one of the fastest growing ecommerce regions in EMEA. This represents an exceptional opportunity to join our successful Warsaw based team, in an incredibly fast paced growth environment. As CEE Sales Manager you will lead the growth of PayPal's acceptance at ecommerce merchants in CEE. We're looking for someone with a consultative sales approach and a solid sales track record with mid-market and Enterprise-level clients, driving revenue growth whilst also creating long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will be highly effective in navigating all facets of the strategic B2B sales process from prospect prioritization through to technical integration and will have demonstrated ability of delivering a value based sales proposition to board level decision makers while providing strategic vision on consumer engagement and acquisition.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Czech - Upper intermediate (B2) or Polish - Upper intermediate (B2) or Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2) or Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2) or Greek - Upper intermediate (B2) or Finnish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Existing work experience in sales, business development or consulting within a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- First-hand knowledge of ecommerce, retail, or payment industry, and genuine interest in digital, mobile commerce and innovation.
- Strong presentation and listening skills: comfortable presenting and negotiating with e-commerce managers/directors and senior executives
- Fluent in English plus one of the following languages (Polish, Czech, Slovakian, Hungarian, Greek, Finnish)
