• To ensure that the named factory implemented the required PPF quality standards and strategy, in order to assure consistent quality of product in line with customer’s satisfaction and full compliance with legislative food safety requirements.
• To lead the quality development related projects
• To increase factory quality awareness
• Contribution to European Quality Strategy development and leading implementation in the factory
• Implementation of agreed PPF Quality Standards and proven compliance through verification procedure
• Continuous improvement of factory and product quality performance
• Develop quality related factory budget and assure delivery
• Functional leadership of QA associates in the factory
• Continuous functional development of QA associates
• Promote quality-oriented culture for the organization
