By July 1 or by agreement, we have to fill the following permanent full-time position to join our young, dynamic and professional kitchen team:

Patissier m/f

In this position you are responsible for providing the daily “Mise-en-place” and for the preparation of the lunch and dinner menu as well as for leading your own section. For banquets you guarantee the quality in every step of menu preparation as well as a smooth production flow.

Personality requirements and skills

As a cook or pastry cook you have gained 2-3 years of experience in four or five star hotels. Furthermore you are a dynamic, team oriented character who is speaking German and/or English.
