Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Creation of test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans
• Estimate testing effort
• Selection, design and implementation of tests tools, mostly opensource automated test frameworks
• Lead and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites
• Ensure correct configuration management of test infrastructure and traceability of the tests to the test basis
• Monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results
• Adapting test plans to evolving conditions.
• Writing summary reports on test status
• Cooperation in scheduling of projects
• Collaboration on projects within the competent project teams
• Collaboration with other department staff
• Testing of SW products based on the analysis and design
• Effective communication and cooperation with other departments and company employees as well as
with business partners
• Other tasks as instructed by a superior officer

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum is secondary education, optimal is University education in field of information technologies
• Expert knowledge and usage of different programming languages
• Basic knowledge of servers administration and networking
• Ability to spread their knowledge into the similar domains
• Ability to distribute tasks and to check performance of tasks
• Ability to take responsibility for their decisions
• Ability to become a single-domain expert
• Ability to train members of team and users of SW solution
• Advanced knowledge of English language (CEFR level B2-C1)
• Evidence of no criminal record

Information about the selection process

The salary ranges depend on your knowledge or experience.

SW Developer in Test (junior): 1300 €
SW Engineer in Test: 1500 - 2000 €
Senior SW Engineer in Test: 2000 - 2800 €
Technical Leader in Test: 2300 - 3000 €

Salary ranges are gross. The salary is divided into fix and variable part (variable part is paid in full amount except breach of working discipline or insufficient performance of job duties).
