Sales Team Leader

In this role, the main purpose of your work is to lead, develop and manage the global Acquisition team with partial responsibility for hiring (25% of the time allocation).

What you will be working on:

• Creating, establishing and maintaining sales processes;
• developing the team to help them with their growth;
• generate the leads to maintain the continuous sales processes with constantly;
• creating and following the plans - making sure that the targets are fair and are regularly being delivered;
• improving the selection process and leads quality;
• product launches and improvement with Product and Dev Teams;
• cooperation with other departments - Manufacturing, BI and other teams;
• working with group teams on strategy alignment.

• 3+ years relevant experience in both people management and acquisition;
• great command of English, both oral and written
• experience in negotiation with partners;
  
• personal qualities and soft skills: great organizational and communication skill, ambitious, leader mentality, open-minded personality.
• gained experience as Key Account Manager / Product Manager or equivalent
