Head of Warehouse Logistics Department

Responsibilities:
- Managing the warehouse logistics of own warehouses (Europe/USA) and external warehouses,
- Determining the optimal location of new warehouses,
- Determining the optimal size of inventory, analyzing the remaining finished products,
- Controlling the cost of warehouse services,
- Controlling all operational work, claim work,
- Budgeting,
- Department personnel management,
- Coordination and planning of the department's work development and implementation of the employee motivation system, determination of the optimal number of personnel.
- Analysis of work quality, reporting,
- Inbound/outbound transportation management,
- Transportation Cost Control
- Development, evaluation and implementation of measures aimed at optimizing the costs associated with storage and transshipment of goods in warehouses in Europe, USA, Turkey etc.
- General monitoring of the warehouse and transport logistics services market in Europe, USA, Turkey,etc.
- Integration of IT automation into warehouse processes
- Active involvement and search for new contractors (warehouse operators, storage facilities, carriers, etc.),
- Monitor and verify warehouse inventory results.
