Job description, responsibilities and duties

To support the Customer Service Manager in driving governance, compliance & efficiency of the Customer Service team covering Pall Life Sciences and Pall Industrial activities as per the Commercial Centre of Excellence guidelines.
Main Duties:
1. Follow policies, procedures, processes and work flow as per Pall International guidelines.
2. Maintain & develop local working instructions.
3. Measure essential KPIs (speed of order entry, accuracy & issue resolution) at organizational and individual level.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate credit policy & meet routinely with accounts receivable at credit control meetings to manage DSO.
5. Ensure compliance with pricing & approval policies & drive mechanics of regular price rises.
6. Run talent management and ensure all direct reports have Personal Development Plans (PDP), job descriptions (JD), objectives and a development and training plan.
7. To ensure that all orders/quotations and customers queries are resolved quickly
and to the satisfaction of the customer to promote quality issues and customer
service generally.
8. To manage staff workloads and anticipate/solve problems.
9. To provide guidance to staff on customer/system/commercial problems.
10. To liaise with supply chain, manufacturing plants, shipping and accounts departments as necessary.

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Completed highschool degree, a completed university/college degree is an advantage
- Knowledge and use of IT applications and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and use of Sales Order Systems, MRPs – preferably SAP CS module is an advantage
- Highly customer service oriented mindset & attitude, with an experience in daily interaction with customers and suppliers
- Good organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines, Multi task and set priorities
- Very good communication skills at all levels
- Ability to Manage Change
- Capable of Displaying Authority
- Ability to Apply Talent Management Techniques
- Capable of Making Data Driven Decisions
- Experience in Customer Service fulfilling a team leader / supervisory role
