Job description, responsibilities and duties

​You have a key role in supporting OXYMAT to achieve sustainable and profitable growth, by taking part in the implementation of new Manufacturing workflow methods. Our aim is to adhere to Lean best practice with the goal of further improve the workplace efficiency of our Production environment.​
  • Analyze existing production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Studying workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and assessing the efficiency of each step in the process.
  • Standardizing processes across different production lines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with Quality control team to establish quality standards and procedures.
  • Work with Engineering Team to identify and implement Process Improvements and best practices through 5S and lean principles.
  • Define optimization flows for all the processes ongoing, including logistic.
  • Represent an important link between operators and R&D engineers, playing a key role for new products introduction projects and acting as a Production representative in PTMs (Project Team Meetings).
  • Define production Line Layouts according to Lean Manufacturing Concepts.
  • Provide training and education to production staff on new methods, processes, and equipment.
  • Create, Update and Follow up assembly Work Instruction.
  • Prepares and maintains records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.

Personality requirements and skills

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Lean oriented
  • Manufacturing setting
  • Demonstrated skill and achievement in implementing Lean practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track of applied methodology.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Results orientation.
  • Self-motivated person.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Certification in Six Sigma is an advantage.
  • Experienced with Autocad is an advantage.
