- maintenance and improvement of the management system in accordance with ISO 9001 respectively ISO 13485
- internal audits according to ISO 9001 respectively ISO 13485
- order & cleanness audits
- final inspection of the product (visual and documentation)
- elaboration and update of the procedures, working instructions, quality documentation,
- training in the quality area for the employees
- control of internal nonconformities, customer complaints
- control of Corrective and preventive actions
- responsibility for the company metrology
- follow up on new and revised standards and regulatory
- active participation on certification and customers audits
- active participation on the continuous improvement of quality
