- manage and assure of production inputs in cooperation with technical and logistics department
- key user for production module in ERP system (MS Axapta)
- optimization and lean activities throughout the whole production process
- participation on 5S audits
- driver for production planning
- operative management in production
- quality control surveillance in production
- participation on solving of quality issues (8D)
- impoving production process (Kaizen, PDCA)
- production cost optimizing
- observance and assure of health and safety rules in production
- making of a new standards and procedures in production
- planning the electrical revisions and maintenance of devices
- comunication with bluecollars
- close cooperation with Production manager and Project managers
- participation on product standardisation
