Responsibilities:
-Managing the full cycle of personnel search
-Identifying and supporting employee initiatives to improve efficiency, develop the company and culture
-Onboarding of new employees
-Adaptation of new employees
-Conducting 1to1 meetings
-Offboarding, conducting exit interviews
-Employment of staff members
-HR brand development
