* Support of sales (quote to cash) processes (quotation, order, billing, invoicing, resolving watchdog reports, project and solutions business, pricing, bonus agreements, etc.)
* Customer master data (master data maintenance, 1st and 2nd level support, processing of Change Requests)
* Support for CRM tools (CIC, MyOsram – web user interface, CIC tool, SSF tool, including regression testing)
* Knowledge base maintenance
* Training of end users
* Ad hoc projects assigned
