Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The goal of this job is to guarantee the smooth flow of dedicated operative processes in the Logistics EMEA area by supporting the operative department in cases of system or process errors and closing of old open data.
Main tasks are support of:
* Internal delivery processes between plants and DC (Refilling, plant delivery, goods entry, inbound delivery, return delivery) by solution of errors in process handling and SAP settings for these processes
* Maintenance of freight cost tables
* Support of delivery and shipping processes (delivery creation, scheduling, route determination)
* Support of Logistics customer topics (reporting for customers, customer relocation to other warehouses)
* Testing activities in test programs (e.g. SAP upgrade, project integration and regression tests) onsite

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* University degree in economic science
* At least 2 years working experience in a warehouse in inbound and outbound area with use of SAP (for support of delivery and customer topics)
* Fluent in German language and intermediate in English
* Broad knowledge in Logistics processes inbound and outbound including forwarders
* Broad knowledge in SAP SD (sales and delivery), MM (material management), WM (warehouse management), process flow and documents
* Strong communication skills
* Positive and proactive approach
* Analytical thinking
* At least 2 years working experience in a warehouse in inbound and outbound area with use of SAP (for support of delivery and customer topics)
* Fluent in German language and intermediate in English
* Broad knowledge in Logistics processes inbound and outbound including forwarders
* Broad knowledge in SAP SD (sales and delivery), MM (material management), WM (warehouse management), process flow and documents
* Strong communication skills
