Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Performs regular service and performance reporting and review (tracking of KPIs & PPIs), standardized reports and tools
* Local & Global reporting activities for management and operations
* Acts as first point of contact for incident management supporting identification and understanding of root causes
* Completes and executes documentation for customers of Shared Services Center, such as the SLA (Service Level Agreements)
* Conducts regional communication between Shared Services operations and customers within Europe
* Participates on global projects in close cooperation with Headquarters in Munich
* Local & Global reporting activities for management and operations
