Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main responsibilities:
* Completes and executes the SLA by customer
* Ensures regional cost allocations alighn with services offerings by customer
* Implements and executes regional communication between GSS operations and customers
* Implements common service management methodologies (contracts, SLA, KPI, PPIs, performance tracking, service quality methodologies)
* Acts as a first point of contact for incident management supporting identification and understanding of root causes of major service issues
* Implements quality / continuous improvement programs
* Responsible for EMEA, APAC and NAFTA region
* Managing 3-4 Regional Service Managers

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* University education
* Experience in Global shared services is must
* Experience in managing Customer service department
* Fluent English knowledge
* Basic knowledge of German is advantage
* Customer oriented approach
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Excellent argumentation and negotiation skills
* Active and positive approach to work
* Willingness to travel
* Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
