Job description, responsibilities and duties
Scope of the function embraces tasks of the OSRAM corporate QM&EHS management system.
* EHS reporting and administration and maintenance of respective databases.
* Cooperation in the creation and maintenance of global internal regulations.
* Internal EHS projects management.
* Conducting internal EHS audits.
* Documentation of internal and external EHS audits.
* Communication and cooperation with other internal functions globally.
* Administration of EHS SharePoint and EHS intranet.
* Communication and promotion of EHS globally (e.g. EHS Newsletter, EHS Best Practice).

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Fluent in English language (speak and write), German language is a benefit but not a must
* Minimum of 2 years of experience from the area of EHS or reporting
* University degree
* Work experience from international environment
* Willing to travel abroad
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Team player
* Flexibility
* Ability to work independently
