- Support of sales (quote to cash) processes (quotation, order, billing, invoicing, resolving watchdog reports, project and solutions business, pricing, bonus agreements, etc.)
- Customer master data (master data maintenance, 1st and 2nd level support, processing of Change Requests)
- Support for CRM tools (CIC, MyOsram – web user interface, CIC tool, SSF tool, including regression testing)
- Knowledge base maintenance
- Training of end users
- Ad hoc projects assigned
