Job description, responsibilities and duties
-Responsible for Audits worldwide
- Responsible for the external certification in OSRAM Worldwide (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SA 8000, ISO50001).
- Communication partner between OSRAM and the certification body
- Selection of the certification body for the 3-years cycle
- Elaboration of contract for conducting recertification and periodical audits at OSRAM locations
- Control audits scheduling and organization
- Control audits results and audit records
- Leading organizing the certification audit of OSRASM head quarters
- Central support for locations in Quality Management System issues
- Responsible for internal quality audits worldwide
- Development of the global internal audit systematic
- Monitoring of the results and communication platform set-up
- Annual audit planning
- Maintain the auditor pool
- Organize and execute OSRAM Corporate Management Review
- Monitor and develop the quality documentation across all Business Units
- Direct reporting to Quality Management
