HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (m/f)
CZECH REPUBLIC

For our operations in Czech Republic, we are looking for candidates who are passionate about their work; possess strong interpersonal and partnering skills and used to work in a pace setting and results driven organization. We are seeking someone with a solid HR background to partner with first line and senior management. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Eastern Europe HR Director with planning, directing and delivering corporate, regional and customized HR services in support of the organization objectives. The HRM will collaborate with broader HR organization to ensure a unified HR delivery approach. The position is based in the Head Office in Prague.


Essential Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistency and proper implementation of the regional HR strategy
  • Establish a sourcing (recruitment, interviewing and selection) process supported with a training and induction plan
  • Consult with all levels of hotels management on employee relations, evaluation, compensation and development
  • Provide support, guidance and partnership on HR processes and issues to heads of functional teams on employee relations and provide proactive assistance to ensure they reach their organizational objectives
  • Partner with HR colleagues globally to develop and implement specific programs directly aligned to business strategy, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and recognition and career development
  • Play a proactive role talent sourcing, succession planning and developing teams
  • Play a proactive role in retaining positive employee relations, a motivated team and in cultivating culture, values and business ethics across all functions
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of local legislation and legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • University degree, preferably in management, personnel management or psychology
  • 5 years’ experience as HR practitioner in a multi-national organization preferably in the role of HR Manager/HR Business Partner/Human Resources generalist
  • Experience in a learning or talent development role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
  • Effective work organization, consistency in action and the drive to achieving objectives
  • Solid knowledge of the Czech Labor Law legislation
  • Willingness to travel in the region (Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Olomouc)
  • Fluency in Czech and English is a must! Other language will be an asset
