Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main responsibilities:
• Responsibility for general recruiting, meeting recruiting targets
• Screening applications, conducting face to face interviews with candidates, presentations, scheduling of interviews and assessments centers
• Managing contracts for candidates, covering generalist agenda (cooperation with Social and Health insurance institutions)
• Participation and preparation of recruiting and sourcing events and activities
• Understand recruiting demand and skill profiles, working with recruiting system accordingly recruiting needs and processes
• Effective advertising, social networking and marketing strategies
• Budget control, effective planning and reporting
• Ensuring all paperwork related to candidates documentation and contracts is done and prepared for further use (applicable also to IT systems)
• Preparing statistics and reports based on requirements, direct reports to recruiting leads
• Cooperation with agencies and external sourcing organizations
• Cooperation with branches in different countries
• Responsibility of training of successful candidates
• Optimizing the training needs to meet customers expectations
• Cooperation with language schools and other educational institutions
• Follow up of pool of candidates
