Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Accountable for the delivery of on time error-free network configurations and end-to-end testing of all changes in the Voice over IP network
* Accountable for provisioning of network elements part of voice network including (depending on domain ownership):
- Cisco Catalyst routers
- Juniper switches
- Huawei Media Gateways
- Italtel IMSS suite : OPM, BSH, PHS, VTCH, LB
- Acme SBC
- Sonus SBCs and PSX
* Accountable for TDM or SIP interconnection configuration, testing and migration with Voice carriers
* In charge of Voice PoP acceptance (VABF: Validation & Aptitude au Bon Fonctionnement) and handover after VABF testing completion to Network operations
* To provide detailed and clear Network Change Guidelines (NCG) to allow Network Operations to smoothly implement changes scheduled on weekend, as well as define templates and procedures to improve efficiency and data integrity
* Ensure clear working with Scheduling teams for scheduling, implementation & activation

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

* Engineering, Computer Sciences or Telecommunications : University education (Master's degree)
* Fluent in both spoken and written English
* 2+ years of experience in telecommunications industry (main focus voice networks)
