Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Assist with the logistics of internal (PD&L) and in-house (external vendors) training events
• Make open programme bookings with training vendors for employees
• Carry out evaluation of external venue to see if meets requirements for training delivery
• Update the course registration system with internal (PD&L) and in-house (external vendors) training course dates, and maintain course outlines for in-house (external vendors) training courses
• Handle employee training enquiries and requests
• Raise purchase orders for training and track approval
• Manage Webex sessions for the Region and provide training
• Contribute to all calls within PD&L. Continued communication on various subjects relating to the RTC role.
