Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Lead meetings with business owners and experts to model and document processes, suggest process improvements
• Lead Problem solving workstreams to help the management solve the process related issues
• Initiate and lead Process redesign projects to streamline and automate existing processes
• Participate on company transformation projects and Network and Service internal projects
• Manage processes & tools adaptation in order to integrate new infrastructure solutions within the Orange Business Services operational entities
• Maintain the interfaces with other process owners within Orange Business Services and within the France Telecom Group
• Act as process owner for ENDD (Enterprise Network Development & Deployment department) perimeter, support other entities of Orange Business Services with required process information, act as contact for business owners for processes under his/her responsibility
• Keep process documentation as required by company standards
• Maintain the high level of process modelling methodology and the ENDD process repository
• Analyse process validity and keep the process documentation up to date
• Participate in company process and quality audits
• Coordinate the implementation phase and give trainings on updated processes
• Manage KPI definition and KPI measurement and reporting
• Coordinate Access Rights Management activities within the ENDD organization

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Min. 3 years of experience preferably in multinational business environment, experience within telecommunication company is an advantage
* Min. 1 year experience with process management
* Proven process methodology knowledge and skills
* Ability to organize work, and lead working groups
* Good level of autonomy and initiative; strong ability to work in project mode.
* Ability to understand complex service and to split it into manageable components.
* Team spirit and good level of communication skills both written & oral (international environment).
