Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Responsible for managing day to day customer ordering operations aligned to the business plan and objectives
* Ensure delivery of defined performance KPIs, measure and publish the performance dashboard
* Analyze performance and implement service improvement plans
engage resources (headcount, tools), align and assign workload based on availability, facilitate operational requirements of the production floor, create effective and efficient backup mechanism, proactive communication with stakeholders
* Act as the point of contact for the team in managing complex ordering situations, escalations. Guides / handholds team through tools and process issues.
* Act as level-2 for escalation management. Proactive approach in anticipating and communicating potential escalations.
* Proactively anticipate customer's requirements, deliver to meet / exceed agreed SLA and or expectations
* Ensures best practices are learnt, shared and applied and also promotes knowledge sharing. Supports operations as a Subject Matter Expert on ordering tools and processes.
* Build & nurture transversal relationship across the Organization to foster collaborative environment

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in customer ordering operations
* University Degree in business, commerce or science
