• General administrative support, personalized administrative support
• Manage Inbox
• Manage calendar, organizing meetings, events, interviews, meeting rooms bookings
• Travel Management - organize travel, travel authorization
• Expense Reports
• Purchase Requests - issuing of purchase requests, follow-up, respective interactions with sourcing and suppliers
• Consolidation and distribution of reports upon request
• Follow up task lists upon request
• Interface between directors and direct reports; manage relationships
