For our client - an international company specialized in tourism - we are looking for a suitable candidate for a position CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST WITH FLUENT DUTCH AND ADVANCED ENGLISH.
Job duties:
- Answering e-mails and phone calls about possibilities for private accommodation aboard (standard, luxury, modern or other type of accommodations)
- Preparing individual holiday offers for clients, helping client to choose from the offers
- Managing customer requests with the partner on destination
