• Have solid understanding of device physics.
• Have very good knowledge of analog as well as digital circuits.
• Have 3+ years of experience with CMOS/BCD and/or bipolar technologies.
• Have experience with design of Power Management products (Smart FETs or LDO regulators or Switch-Mode Power Supplies or PMUs).
• Be experienced with measurement of semiconductor devices and/or integrated circuits.
• Be experienced with one of the CAD tools for integrated circuit design (Cadence, Mentor Graphics...).
• Have very good self-organizational skills and be able to work with little supervision.
• Be able to work as a lead designer (leading a small team of design engineers on a project).
• Have good communication skills.
• Be responsible and pay attention to details.
• Be team work oriented.
