Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Measure and analyze electrical characteristics of ESD test structures.
- Create Testchips and Layouts of ESD and other test structures.
- Develop and simulate Spice and other models of ESD structures, run ESD verification.
- Create technical reports including results and conclusions.

Position is suitable for students in (micro)electronics or physics, 4th year or above.
- Have a good background in measurement of electronic devices (DC, TLP, over temperature).
- Have experience with XLS, WORD, write technical reports, analyze and summarize measured data.
- Have experience with Cadence tools, layout tools is an advantage.
- Self-driven, creative, innovative, open minded, positive attitude, a good communicator.
- Good command of English.
