Job description, responsibilities and duties
Customer Marketing - This position requires candidate to be both forward looking with strategic mindset, and be able to perform day-to-day tactical activities of the marketing organization in the EMEA region, particularly in the areas of price program execution and price strategy to meet business goals for long term sustainability.
• Manage the day to day pricing: quoting, contract related pricing questions, forward pricing, etc…
• Strategic development of and tactical execution of customer specific pricing strategies and tactics in collaboration with Business Unit and Sales.
• Position and implement the market pricing strategies.

• Undergraduate degree preferred in Marketing or Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years professional experience is required. Knowledge of the Semiconductor market is desirable.
• Past experience interfacing with Distributors is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical capabilities; problem solving, decision making skills, number sensitive and detail minded is required.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Good command of spoken and written English.
• Self-motivated, fast-paced, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work cross-functionally and with other specialists around the world.
• Strong influential skills at all levels (executives, channel partners, sales, peers).
• Ability to multi-task with good organization and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrate strong PC skills with MS Office.
