Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Help business clients to achieve their objectives by evaluating, designing and developing computer application systems.
• Understand the business strategy and value creation proposition and assist in ensuring IT solutions.
• Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications.
• Identify client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement.
• Collaborate on system design with developers.
• Participate on IT projects as a team member.
• Support test/QA team in the development and execution of test plans. Set up test cases and data. Participate in Integration and User Acceptance Testing.

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree computer science, electrical engineering or a related field.
• Ideally 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, knowledge of UML is desirable.
• Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and the ability to work with the teams/customers across multiple remote sites.
• Understand the software development process from requirements definition to test and implementation.
• Analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Team player with good follow-up skills.
• Customer Service experience is an advantage.
