Job description, responsibilities and duties
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
To coordinate Sales tasks and provide administrative back up and support for the Sales Department in order to achieve budgeted goals by executing sales activities.
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and update client database
• Maintain and update Salesforce database
• Preparation of bids in Lanyon
• Handling correspondence in Slovak and English
• General administration in Slovak and English
• Handling telephone and e-mail enquiries efficiently
• Assist with hotel Site Inspections with prospective clients
• Sending out and following up on special offers
• Answering the requests for price and availability while providing customers with quotations and confirmations
• Following up on reservations with a due date
• Inserting offered leisure groups and tour series into Opera
• Preparation of individual contracts for the leisure groups
• Recording Sales & Marketing meeting minutes
• Knowledge on Microsoft office
• Liaising with clients/suppliers in the absence of the Sales Manager or Director of Sales and Marketing
• Communication of upcoming specials, deals and events to prospective clients
• Updating the Property Account Management Program (PAMP) and GOTS on monthly base
• Assists the Sales Manager and Director of Sales with assigned administration tasks
• Proactive executing of assigned sales and marketing activities
• Active cooperation and communication with Reservation Department
• Supporting marketing activities related to social media and update of company web page
• Participation in budget process
• Preparation and administration of requested materials related to RFPs in cooperation with Sales Manager
