Vaša úloha

• creating the financial plan and budget for the casino, which includes the game plan for slot machines and gaming tables
• devote efforts to maximizing the revenues
• create a long-term operational plan (containing tournaments and other similar activities) in accordance with company goals
• planning short-term activities
• creation of repairs and reconstruction plan for the casino
• coordination of plans with the Country Managing Director / Casino Operations Manager
• keeping the casino budget (revenues and costs) under control
• result analysis and costs optimization
• develop and implement marketing projects in cooperation with marketing department
• monitoring the market and casino operations with the aim to find new solutions for efficiency
• submit accurate and complete information to Country Managing Director on agreed deadlines
• workforce planning
• recruiting and selecting employees
• organization of training for employees in order to ensure the highest quality customer service

Naše očakávania

- 5 years of experiences in casino business on different positions
- managerial skills (hard and soft)
- ability to motivate employees
- capability to bring clients to casino
- Slovak/Czech language
- English language is a must
- other languages are welcome
- high level of professionalism
- customer-oriented behaviour
- communication skills and flexibility
- teamwork and ability to learn
- MS Office (especially Excel)
