At Ohpen, we're opening a next round of a 1-year traineeship just for you (well, and 2 others… still special though) this year on the 1st of July 2024.

The program starts with your interest in IT, which you likely gained during your studies in IT disciplines, or perhaps simply throughout your spare time endeavors submerged in all the tech the world has to offer these days.

So, if you recently graduated and you’d see yourself as the link between Business and IT within an ambitious fin-tech company where innovation is in full development, this is for you.

The salary during the first year will be 1500 euros gross per month with the idea of increase after successful completion of the traineeship.

BRIEFING

At Ohpen you’ll learn everything about the technical aspects of our products (cloud-native banking tech) and contribute to the structural improvement of our services.

You’ll be starting in Ohpen's BA team, where your training is the primary focus. Full-time training is divided into 6 stages and it’s structured in such a way that 50% of your time is spent learning 50% is spent putting it into practice.

After 1 year of traineeship, you'll be able to join the team as full-time Business Analyst (salary raise will follow) with vast technical & functional knowledge of the product and business at Ohpen.

During the whole year we were being prepared for the position of Business Analyst by model situations and exercises prepared by the Amsterdam team. Our senior colleagues did in person sessions and taught us the technical side as well as business side of the product.
Traineeship was divided into phases, where after 2 weeks of theoretical knowledge we then applied everything to real situations. There was always a senior colleague (buddy) helping us on this road individually.
