Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Support employees in the resolutions of human resources related issues in an efficient and effective manner that focuses on the needs of the employee and of the business
• Support the HR manager in the application of the same principle above
• Payroll processing in cooperation with our outsourced payroll partner
• Time & Attendance Keeping
• Oversight of company-wide employee onboarding process
• Provide centralized recruiting support
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding employment
• Maintain various reporting systems to conform with internal data requirements
• Other duties as assigned or required
