Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Management of the Financial Department.
- Responsible for tax and accounting processes.
- Preparation and organization of the annual statutory audit and the cooperation with the auditing organization.
- Review and implement internal audit procedures in finance area and review the implementation all internal audit rules to other areas.
- Preparation and sending the financial reporting to the parental company with a comment (monthly).
- Consolidated financial statement and sending the reports to the parental company with a comment (monthly).
- Development analysis of statistic financial indicators comparing to the planned situation.
- To respect all the operations in accordance with the particular law (Law of Income Tax, VAT, Commercial Code, ...).
- Ensure implementation of the standard accounting procedures and the other company documents.
- To check the validity and effectivity of contracts as well as commercial correspondence in accordance with law.
- Preparation and elaboration of budgets and calculations.
- Cash management: optimisation of financial resources and investment of the company.
Collaborate to the business plan preparation for a new product/service development.
- Manage and develop the Finance team.
