Country Manager for Slovakia (fixed income and equity origination)

who working close with the Board of NWAI Brokerage will be responsible for organization of the Bratislava’s rep office and the origination of the deal flow. Main points of interest are being summarized below:

Responsibilities:

• Initiating contacts with financial institutions, large corporate clients and leading, privately owned, well established businesses with regards to their interest in rising financing on international capital markets
• Identifying sectors with high capital needs
• Working closely with NWAI’s sector specialists during the bond or equity offerings
• Managing the clients’ needs pre during and after the bond or equity offerings
• Coordinating PR and marketing activity
• Coordinating NWAI Brokerage contacts with financial institutions, intermediaries and advisors across the country
• Sourcing and originating transactions from EUR 15 mio notional
• Coordinating activities for a country within the wider CEE4 arena
• Managing local coverage for multinational clients
• Providing senior Slovakian market oversight to the Board of NWAI Brokerage as required
• Identifying opportunities for synergies and/or sharing of best practices on a location basis
• Ensuring the delivery and implementation of organizational-specific initiatives to Slovakian market as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-years managing experience at commercial, investment bank or brokerage companies at the department covering large corporate clients or financial institutions
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets and Slovakian corporate clients composition
• Excellence in financial instrument knowledge (loans, bonds, mezzanine, private equity, public listings)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
