Job description, responsibilities and duties

Implementing strategy of profitable co-operation with pharma distributors and chains, to build strong long-term partnership with them
Working towards individual and customer’s targets on a monthly basis
Managing of trade terms and investments
Implementating of New products and Promotional master plan
Analysing of sales data and concluding key findings
Monitoring competitive activities in term of news on the market
Preparing annual negotiations and participate actively to conclude yearly contract
Close cooperation with trade marketing and category management
Participating on preparation of annual budget
Cooperation in Cross-department projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

Min 1 year experience in sales department in Pharma or FMCG Company
Analytical skills, practical experience with reporting and analyses preferred
Communication & Presentation skills
Proactive and innovative approach
Friendly, team player, enthusiastic personality
