Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Ensures delivery of country sales strategy and performance
• Coaching, development and performance management of team members
• Collects, analyses & reports data about field activities, health care environment developments
• Develops and ensures execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within national sales strategy
• Allocation of sales force effort to deliver planed sales & marketing strategy/objectives
• Designs sales reps territories
• Registers dual visit reports/coaching report and other sales effectiveness data in reporting system
• Provides qualitative info from the field on the impact of marketing, medical and sales strategy
• Participates in and contribute effectively to accompanied working, regional meetings, national conferences and other internal meetings
• KOL management in country
• Collaborates with other field functions - collabotation with peers including Marketing Manager, Product Manager Diabetes, Market Access and Public Affairs Manager and other functions

- have knowledge of business and management principles and practices
- be ambitious, results oriented and good in problem analysis and solving
- be creative and have project management skills with solution seeking mind-set
- have good presentation skills with ability “to sell a new ideas ”
- have high level of interpersonal and leadership skills
- have the ability to work under pressure as well as on own initiative
- be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software applications
- be fluent in English language
- masters's degree or equivalent
