Are you fluent in Polish?
Would you like to get a challenging opportunity and become a part of an expanding international company?
Currently we are looking for a candidate to fulfil a challenging role of project manager for market entry into Poland.

Main responsibility is to ensure in cooperation with other departments of NOVIS that all requirements for successful launch of NOVIS production in Poland are fulfilled according to the business plan.

This means among other following tasks:
- Coordination of final versions of contractual documentation in polish language
- Setting up all the necessary processes and documentation for polish back office team based on standard NOVIS procedures
- Daily communication between stakeholders in Poland (external law company, distribution partners, back office team, etc.) and NOVIS HQ in Bratislava
- Contributing to the recruitment, management, motivation, staff training and evaluation of employees
- Regular reporting to the Management board

Information about the selection process

We are looking for responsible person with focus on details and proactive approach.

This position requires regular traveling between Poland and Bratislava. In the following months it will be necessary to be present in Bratislava most of the time (4 days / week) later it will shift and most of the time will be presence in Poland (most probably in Katowice).

Chosen candidate will be part of Business development department which offers the opportunity to be part of project teams which are establishing NOVIS presence in new countries across Europe and also globally.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Polish - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

B

- University degree - preferably management education
- Business development experience
- Real Entrepreneurship: positive mind set, 'can-do' attitude, creativity and courage.
