Novartis is currently recruiting for a Graduate Procurement Reporting Analyst to join our Procurement Department in Novartis Business Centre NBS in Prague to be a part of new exciting team and develop within our Graduate Program where possibilities for growth are limitless.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the Graduate Procurements Reporting Analyst role is to be responsible for development, maintenance and enhancement of information management systems for Procurement. Builds and delivers reports and analysis as per department needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Builds and delivers timely and accurate reports, analysis, dashboards and scorecards, both upon ad-hoc requests and on agreed frequency
• Interprets data and analyzes results using statistical techniques and provides ongoing reports
• Develops and implements databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintains databases/data analysis systems
• Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Identifies data quality metrics and proposes actions to measure and improve them.
• Supports team process enhancement initiatives and works closely with leadership team to address opportunity areas
• Prepares monthly reviews of NGSC activity
