Job description, responsibilities and duties
- To support the growth of the assigned Franchise by positioning of Novartis products and negotiating conditions in Categorization and Reimbursement procedures with members of Categorization committee, Categorization Council and health insurance companies and driving Market Access strategy within the assigned Franchise and to strive for the optimal pricing and launch timing.
- To ensure optimal Market Access conditions for new products and in line brands during the whole lifecycle (e.g. managing national MAX activities to obtain national approval at desired price) in collaboration with Franchise (Marketing, Medical, Finance) and in alignment with Cluster/Region/Global.
- To develop access strategy for new products in the assigned Franchise, starting from iMAP, to provide input to CEE cluster in order to consider specific country needs/perspectives in overall product strategy.
- To establish partnerships with key stakeholders and decision makers to facilitate broader and deeper market access for new products and sustain market access for existing products.
