Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibility for the execution of business plans to meet business goals for an assigned territory. To drive territory product performance and market share, to develop effective professional business relationships with customers, in accordance with the Novartis Customer Solution Model.
• To execute business plans and to achieve product targets within the assigned territory, customers and the therapeutic area.
• To develop and apply understanding of customer organizations and networks as well as of the variables that affect customer decisions (e.g. peer-to-peer relationships).
• To ensure right targeting and segmentation of relevant customers and prepare meaningful call plan.
• To execute call plans for customers; to ensure that calls are targeted to the right person, to deliver the right message with the right frequency in accordance with the NCSM.
• To adapt and optimize the approach and communication style during calls and to respond appropriately to customer needs in accordance with the NCSM.
• To make effective use of available technologies and channels to support sales calls.

- open communication and willingness to professionally develop him/herself
