Job description, responsibilities and duties
- To lead, manage and develop the overall performance of the Ophtalmology product portfolio
- Deliver sales and profits within agreed budgets while meeting global ang regional organizational objectives through effective management of people, products and processes
- Be responsible for the definition and execution of marketing strategies for key brands in the business franchise
- Achieve assigned sales and market share targets overall and by individual territory and region
- Continuously enhance the Marketing and Sales tools
- Establish superior relationships with national and regional key opinion leaders
