Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
- To lead all Sales and Marketing related activities within portfolio
- To be responsible for developing the Sales and Marketing strategy and for driving its full implementation.
- To be accountable for achievement of all Sales and Marketing targets within the therapeutic area, including sales performance, market share and profitability.
- Sets business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objectives for therapeutic area; aligns these with BFH and cooperate with on their achievement with Market Access, Medical Affairs and other key functions.
- To track market opportunities, changes, trends, to ensure that new strategic business opportunities are identified and developed into business marketing strategies and sales plans.
- To lead the development of Marketing and Sales capability
- Provides direction and leadership to all customer-focused activities
- Develops effective strategies to mitigate or build upon competitor offerings
- Supports training and professional development of Talents.
- Ensure that Novartis Promotion Practices (NP4) are appropriately followed
