Logistics associate

- Manage the Demand and Supply operations and support the smooth supply of finished goods to customers in the country
- Ensure an optimal Customer Service and Inventory levels through S&OP process and demand planning of the products in accordance with policies
- Ensure regular reconciliation of SAP stocks & local 3PL system
- Support organization and execution of stock inventory counts
- Stock-level monitoring and optimization of stock balance according to stock-level requirements + elimination of write offs
- Ensure appropriate inventory and customer service level through purchase orders monitoring and direct communication with plants
- Managing purchase orders to meet the planning parameters – order management accuracy (OTIF, OLT adherence etc.)
- Ensure safety label changes implementation on time, Salto system update
- Backorders management, minimizing stock out situations
- Sales orders processing
- Strong Credit control management
- Price changes compensations and bonus schemes processing
- Sales customers agreement and amendment processing support
- Active lead in the S&OP process, close cooperation with BF on demand plan updates
- Monthly update of Futurcast system – demand plan & prices update
- Supporting coordination of process of a new product assortment and launching in distribution channel for new brands
- Close cooperation with Customer Services on launch plans and minimization of impact of any stock out situation
- Support the process of identification & implementation of new efficient supply chain models/programs in order to support and ensure customer centricity
- Material master management in SAP
- Support portfolio transformation projects
