Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Manage assigned territory to deliver targeted sales and maximize patients and market share growth for allocated products
- Execute marketing mix and created tactics to achieve sales targets
- Actively participate on Novartis therapeutic and marketing meetings
- Builds and maintains professional relationship with key customers and centers
- Manages sales support of Novartis products, brand presentation and promotion to hospital centers

 minimum 3 years of experience in sales of pharmaceutical products specialty business

- university degree (preferred: Medicine, Pharmacy or Nature Sciences)
- driving license group “B”
- intermediate knowledge of English (spoken & written)
- experience in cardio disease area is advantage, - knowledge of therapeutical segment is an advantage
- customer orientation, orientation on results, creative thinking, selling skills
- open communication and willingness to professionally develop him/herself
- ability to work independently
