Job description, responsibilities and duties
To support the growth of Oncology BU and drive Market Access strategy by striving for optimal pricing and launch timing
To ensure optimal Market Access conditions for new products and in line brands during the whole lifecycle (e.g. managing national MAx activities to obtain national approval at desired price) in collaboration with other functions (Marketing, Medical, Patient) and in alignment with Region/Global.
To develop access strategy for new Oncology products, and provide input to ORE organizations in order to consider specific country needs/perspectives in overall product strategy.
To establish effective partnerships with national, regional/local payers and budget holders throughout the life cycle of the assigned products, in order to ensure patient access and reward innovation.
To develop and implement product value propositions and P&R strategy based on the market situation, aligned with cross-functional teams, with Country/Region/Global and with GenMed strategy to gain access for new products/solutions and to ensure successful launches.
To take responsibility for the P&R or HTA dossier preparation and submission to HA, understanding payers’ requirements and needs translating them in high quality health economic evidence, leveraging results from epidemiological studies, economic models, clinical trials and budget impact analyses and supporting price negotiation.
To prepare, together with a cross-functional team and based on knowledge of environment, any economic data and real world evidence to be submitted to HAs, to sustain the best P&R conditions throughout the whole product lifecycle (LoE included).
To develop local evidence packages, programs and materials that integrate information on product value proposition fin order to ensure listing and formulary positioning.
To develop and execute commercial strategies (i.e. tenders, offers, deals) in line with plan decisions through viable commercial relationships.
To take responsibility in IRP process - to provide correct pricing inputs into the MoH submissions and negotiate best conditions, where applicable.

Experience in pharma marketing and sales
