Retention Specialist - Senior (m/f/x)

We are looking for a colleague with attention to detail and consistency at work, whose task will be to take responsibility for planning, implementing and managing activities aimed at long-term customer retention.

The responsibilities of this position will be:

• Planning, coordinating, and implementing activities aimed at customer retention.
• Analyzing the needs and behaviors of customers to identify key areas where steps are needed to retain customers and proposing solutions for improvement.
• Developing a retention program strategy.
• Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product, sales, risk management to ensure consistent and effective planning and implementation of activities.
• Monitoring and reporting in the assigned area.
• Identifying and monitoring early warning signs of potential customer loss and taking preventive measures.
• Cooperation at international level in the assigned topics.

• You have knowledge of the industry and business (life insurance and pensions).
• You are able to support the implementation of changes and can discuss issues in order to solve tasks.
• You have excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills and are able to work in a dynamic environment.
• You have experience in project management and knowledge of client processes and trends in customer experience.
• You have a high ability to learn.
• You can easily adapt and absorb new information in a changing environment.
