Production Data Analyst

As the Production Data Analyst you’ll undertake all aspects of analyst responsibilities in terms of preparation and analysing of production data.

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:
- explanations of production deviations at product level
- follow up on correctness on std. price based on production deviations
- provide explanation on variance between actual production time and norm hours
- allocate the most important production deviations between actual and norm hours and report to management as ongoing improvement process
- explanations and follow up on stock deviations
- floor management system administration
- review and correction of data collected by floor management
- maintain data accuracy of the floor management at 100% +/- 1% deviation
- preparation and review of daily, weekly and monthly efficiency reports
- educate operators in using scanners and registering time
- responsibility for preparation of master data for calculation of the monthly bonus of the production based on the system data in accordance with defined KPIs
- responsibility for the weekly processing and distribution of actual results of achieving defined KPIs
- ensuring of management and leading personnel support when interpreting the KPI results for the respective departments
